1.Booking & Payment Policy

Your time at sea is secured the moment your reservation is confirmed.
Payment Options
Pay in Full (Recommended)
Secure your reservation instantly with priority confirmation.
Reserve with 50%
Confirm your booking with a deposit.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to departure.
All reservations must be fully paid prior to the scheduled departure.
2.Flexible Booking Protection
We understand that plans may evolve. For this reason, all reservations include flexible credit protection.
- 7+ days before departure
100% of the amount issued as credit note - Less than 7 days before departure
80% issued as credit (20% retained as late adjustment)
All credits:
- valid for 24 months
- redeemable across all Saint Yachting experiences
- subject to availability and seasonal price adjustments
3. Weather Assurance
Your safety and comfort are always our priority.
In the event that weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for sailing:
- the experience will be rescheduled, or
- converted into a credit note
Full Refund Exception
A full refund may be considered only if:
- weather conditions are officially deemed unsafe by the captain or port authorities
- the guest is unable to reschedule
- valid proof of departure is provided (flight or travel confirmation within 24 to 48 hours)
All refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Saint Yachting.
4. Changes to Booking
Requests to modify dates or experiences:
- must be submitted at least 7 days in advance
- are subject to availability
- may involve price adjustments depending on season and selection
5. Late Arrival & No-Show
- Late arrival will result in reduced charter time without compensation
- No-shows are considered a full cancellation and are non-refundable
6. Guest Responsibility
The charterer agrees to:
- respect all safety instructions provided by the crew
- not exceed the maximum guest capacity of the vessel
- be responsible for any damages caused during the charter
Saint Yachting reserves the right to terminate the experience without refund in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
7. Liability
Saint Yachting is not liable for:
- loss or damage of personal belongings
- delays caused by weather, port authorities, or external conditions
- incidents resulting from failure to follow crew instructions
8. Payment Security & Disputes
By confirming a reservation, the client agrees that:
- all payments are authorized and final
- any concerns must be addressed directly with Saint Yachting prior to initiating a dispute
Unauthorized chargebacks will be formally contested with full supporting documentation.
9. Governing Law
All services are provided under Atlantis AE and governed by the laws of Greece.
